Evil effects of depression in one's life

Scribbled Mind

Why is it difficult to come out of depression? It's one's mental health, sadness, loss of interest, and many other factors. It's not easy at all to come out of it, and when it increases at a rapid pace, the person can do anything to harm themselves. It's a way that one can never imagine their mental stress and its outcomes. It kills you inside, making you feel hopeless at times where you can't at all stabilize yourself for your well being.

Sometimes, people don't care about this illness when a person is dealing with it. One's mental health matters, but for a few, it doesn't even matter at any point in time. They feel like leaving the person alone instead of helping them get out of it. Do you want to do this to a person who is fighting between their mental health and happiness? Keep yourself in their shoes and think about how you'd feel when you'd go through the same situation.

Helping these people should be everyone's responsibility, and we should make sure we do everything for them in all ways. You never know if the person would feel comfortable having you around. Be with them, hold them tight, and do everything that could divert their mind. It's a pain when someone wants to commit suicide. Just think about what the person might have gone through and is fighting to get out of it. It weakens your mind so much that it becomes difficult to cope with happiness at the same time.

We humans sometimes don't care about the consequences of depression. We just want to live, because our mind always tells us that we have been through the same situation. We even fight at this with our near and dear ones to make sure we help the person. But, we often forget that we are adding more of it by taking priorities. Do we need to do this? Or are we so jealous that we don't want others to help a depressed soul? We always want to prioritize first and do things. If our name is not on top, then we don't want to help the person for the same. Now, we understand who here that people stand for their benefit and not for someone in need.

People don't think that ignorance leads to a lot of illness in mind. Are we even humans if we don't help the one in need? Never call yourself a human if you can't help others in bad times. We should divert them to the best we can. Never let someone feel so bad that their presence makes them feel uncomfortable. Never say something to the person who overthinks a lot as it can lead them to danger, and you would one day feel guilty about it. Never destroy someone's life as you are not happy with your own, and then don't try to reach them to show your guilt. You'll suffer for what you've done and what's written in your fate too. Don't make others suffer, instead help them, with whatever you can.

Depression is a constant feeling of being numb. Being numb to emotions, being numb to life. You wake up in the morning to have a great day ahead. Days aren't days anymore; they are just obstacles that need to be faced. They try to overcome (solution) it through medication, through drinking, through smoking, through cutting. The mistake they make is not talking to others and letting out all the pain inside them. What can they even do? As people are also busy with their entertainment.

Just a small note to add to the depressed souls: Never make yourself numb, as you are the one who needs to fight it. Seeking help from others could help you out in many ways. If your people are not ready to help you down, someone who has gone through the same thing would surely turn up. Life is not ending, have a smile on your face when you walk around. Don't think about what others would think. Enjoying the beauty of nature sometimes gives you more peace than what others could. You are not alone,  and someone will always be there for you in your bad times. The solution to depression is not suicide, but how we build ourselves to fight it.

Some people will try to expose what is wrong with you because they can't stand what is right about you. Life has so many beautiful reasons to be happy, find them, and see how your life changes.
